CANNAMED® · TRUST

Trust Center

Privacy, security, patient rights and traceability are part of the product, not an afterthought.

Privacy and health data

Health data is sensitive. CANNAMED applies role- and purpose-based access, access traceability, and separation between administrative operations and clinical content.

Clinical record and continuity of care

The longitudinal clinical record is designed to support continuous, coordinated, person-centered care. Clinical access is restricted to authorized professionals involved in care and other cases allowed by applicable law.

Security and cybersecurity

CANNAMED adopts least-privilege controls, event logging, integrity, availability and incident response. The specific applicability of legal duties is determined by jurisdiction and actor role.

Chile framework — references

Law 20.584 and amendments on health rights and clinical records; Law 19.628 on privacy; Law 21.719 on personal data protection, generally effective from December 1, 2026; Law 21.663 Cybersecurity Framework; Law 21.459 on computer crimes; Law 19.799 on electronic documents and signatures.

Responsible clinical AI

AI assists. The physician decides. CANNAMED can structure evidence, detect inconsistencies and prepare drafts, but it does not replace clinical judgment or sign a prescription.

Regulatory references are maintained by Country Pack, effective date and applicability. CANNAMED does not claim automatic legal compliance merely because a rule exists.
